Job Description
This is a full-time game localization role focusing on English language content for a company in Shanghai. Responsibilities include translating and reviewing marketing materials, reviewing in-game text for accuracy and cultural appropriateness, participating in LQA testing, monitoring player feedback to mitigate potential risks, and handling customer complaints. The ideal candidate possesses excellent English skills, a deep understanding of Western culture, and experience with female-oriented games. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CAT tools (especially Excel, MemoQ, Xbench) is essential.

职位描述
1、负责承接海外宣发向文本翻译及审校工作，确保对外宣发文本的准确性、地道性及趣味性；
2、负责承接部分游戏内文本审校工作，确保本地化内容准确、自然、生动、无文化风险；
3、参与LQA跑测，确保本地化最终呈现质量，并针对发现的问题提供有效的翻译调优方案；
4、持续关注各地玩家的反馈，结合反馈内容调整本地化方向，规避潜在舆论风险；
5、回复本地化相关客诉，协助完成团队内其他本地化相关工作。
职位要求
1、具备优秀的英文能力，英语语言文学、翻译专业，或有两年以上海外留学经验者优先；
2、对欧美文化有深度了解者优先；
3、热爱女性向游戏，有丰富的女性向游戏经验，有英语本地化翻译等相关实习或女性向项目经验者优先考虑；
4、熟练使用各种基础办公软件及CAT工具（尤其是Excel，MemoQ，Xbench），具备自主进行信息检索的能力；
5、优秀的沟通能力和归纳总结的能力，较强的抗压能力和时间管理意识，能够迅速响应各项业务需求。
