Job Description
This HR Management Trainee position in Shanghai, China, offers an opportunity to support a team in various HR functions within an internet/electronic/online gaming company. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment (sourcing, team building, market research), employee relations and culture building (employee lifecycle management, fostering a positive work environment), compensation and benefits administration (salary surveys, benefit plan design), employee training and development (training program design, event organization), and supporting the implementation of talent strategies. The ideal candidate is a 2025 graduate with a degree in psychology, philosophy, HR management, business administration, or a related field, passionate about HR and the gaming industry.
Must have:

- Passionate about HR, long-term career interest
- Strong learning ability, responsibility, initiative
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organization skills

职位要求

4. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力，较强的团队协作能力。
5. 良好的组织和计划能力，能够处理多任务。
6. 热爱游戏行业，热爱ACG文化。
