As DTS Sales Representative - LCL, you’ll play a vital part in our success. You’ll attract and develop talent whilst ensuring systematic growth on our customer base and SOW of our existing Customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivery as per Area budget:

    • Probes and identifies customer needs and provides tailor made solutions with agility and consistency.

    • Understand the LCL Market local dynamics and translate that into business needs

    • Elaborate, Articulate, and follow up the Air product go-to-market strategy that respond to business objectives.

    • Research and analyses competitive and industry trends.

    • Entertain conversations with senior stakeholders and decision makers with larger impact and responsibility within our customers.

    • Ensure that close won business opportunities translates into materialized business outcomes

  • Manage stakeholders across the area, region, and global functions:

    • Actively provide feedback to the DTS Sales Manager – Air & LCL based on customer feedback and insights

  • Proven "hunter" with a strong ability to identify and close new business

  • Demonstrated success in closing LCL deals, with experience engaging local decision-makers

  • Exceptional communication skills, with eloquence and clarity

  • Strong expertise in contracting and legal terms

  • Driven by a hunger for growth and continuous improvement

  • Positive, adaptable, and resilient in dynamic environments

  • Quick learner, able to rapidly assimilate new knowledge

  • Operates with a strong sense of urgency and focus on timely execution

  • Collaborative team player with a winning mentality

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

  • Structured and results-oriented approach to work, ensuring high-quality outcomes

  • Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder environments and fostering long-term relationships with internal teams, clients, and candidate
