Domestic/Global Business Development Manager (Team Lead)
Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate Holdings seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager (Team Lead level) with 10+ years of experience to spearhead both domestic and global business opportunities, primarily in Asia. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business ventures through market research and analysis, creating actionable strategies, negotiating deals, and reviewing/finalizing contracts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent English communication, and a deep understanding of the Asian game industry. This role requires extensive travel and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Must have:
- 10+ years in business development
- Leadership & team management experience
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Market research & analysis skills
- Negotiation & contract management
- Asia game industry understanding
Good to have:
- Game/entertainment market expertise
- Existing industry network
- International business development experience
- Additional language skills (Chinese, Japanese, Spanish)
- Deep understanding of Korean/Asian markets

- 국내/글로벌 및 아시아 지역 사업 기회 발굴 및 개발
- 시장 조사와 분석을 통해 신규 사업 기회 포착
- 포착된 사업 기회에 대한 실행 가능한 전략 및 기획 수립
- 사업 전략에 기반한 협상안 도출 및 협상안 도출
- 협상 진행 및 계약서 검토/체결
자격요건
- 사업 개발 관련 시니어급 경력 보유자 (10년 이상)
- 리더십 및 팀 리딩 경험 보유자
- 비즈니스 레벨의 영어 능력 (구두 및 서면 커뮤니케이션)
- 해외 출장 및 근무에 결격 사유가 없는 분
필요역량
- 국내/글로벌 및 아시아 게임 산업 및 문화에 대한 이해와 열정
- 논리적 사고, 분석적 문제 해결 능력
- 프로젝트 일정 관리, 조율 및 추진 능력
- MS Office 활용 능숙 (경영진 보고서 작성 역량)

- 게임 및 엔터테인먼트 시장에 대한 높은 이해도
- 국내외 게임 개발자 및 업계 전문가와의 네트워크 보유자
- 해외 신규 사업 개발 또는 해외 투자 경험 보유자
- 영어 외 추가 외국어 능력 (중국어, 일본어, 스페인어 등)
- 한국 및 아시아 시장에 대한 깊은 이해와 사업 개발 경험
- 경영진 및 외부 파트너와의 협상 경험 및 성과 도출 경험
