FanCode is India’s premier sports destination committed to giving fans a highly personalised experience across content and merchandise for a wide variety of sports. Founded by sports industry veterans Yannick Colaco and Prasana Krishnan in March 2019, FanCode has over 100 million users. It has partnered with domestic, international sports leagues and associations across multiple sports.

In content, FanCode offers interactive live streaming for sports with industry-first subscription formats like Match, Bundle and Tour Passes, along with monthly and annual subscriptions at affordable prices.

Through FanCode Shop, it also offers fans a wide range of sports merchandise for sporting teams, brands and leagues across the world.

At FanCode, we're revolutionizing the playbook for how Indian sports enthusiasts connect with and acquire official merchandise. Partnering with esteemed names in both Indian and global sports, we deliver authentic, trendy gear that resonates with fans nationwide. From FIFA and ICC to the NBA, premier European football clubs, and IPL franchises, our collaborations redefine the landscape of sports commerce across India.

As our Growth Lead, you'll quarterback the transformation of Indian sports e-commerce, leading your team to victory by orchestrating innovative product developments and growth strategies that captivate sports fans and convert them into devoted patrons.

Your Role

Collaborate closely with leadership to craft business strategies and sculpt a product vision that propels us into the forefront of the industry.
Lead the charge by overseeing day-to-day D2C orders, ensuring a frictionless purchasing journey for our users.
Conceptualise and execute product-led growth strategies aimed at driving user acquisition, fostering engagement, and bolstering retention rates.
Set and track Product and Growth OKRs, furnishing clear guidance for your team while continually fine-tuning and optimising performance against predetermined benchmarks.
Spearhead the formulation of marketing-led growth strategies, driving D2C expansion initiatives and adeptly managing a team of marketing and communication professionals.
Forge close collaborations with category counterparts to seamlessly integrate product and growth strategies, ensuring a foolproof game plan for success.

Must Haves

8+ years of experience in the world of e-commerce, specifically in D2C retail brands.
Proven track record of owning and dominating a major metric within an organization, whether it's orders, revenue, conversions, or any other game-changing KPI.
A minimum of 3 years leading growth teams, showcasing your ability to rally the troops and lead them to victory.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in product development.
Exposure to performance marketing is a must, demonstrating your ability to drive results and maximize ROI in the competitive world of sports commerce.
