<h3>About the Role</h3>
The Sr. Manager, EMEA Partnerships is an organized, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking person and thought leader with a self-starter mentality that thrives in an ambiguous environment. You’re not afraid to go deep and look at organizational, creator, and language specific challenges as opportunities. You’re a natural problem-solver and collaborator with a passion for creators. You will be empowered to optimize, and implement organization and content strategies, educate &amp; champion content trends, alongside overseeing, creating, and putting learnings into practice. You will be leading a team of high-performing content employees ranging from Sr managers to associate personnel. You have the ability to clearly articulate and translate business expectations and goals to direct reports, cross-functional stakeholders, and executives across the Twitch business.
You will report to the Director of Partnerships, EMEA and work with regional and global teams to ensure delivery against our priorities.
<h3>You Will:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage and oversee Twitch’s content and creator business around English-speaking streamers across EMEA (incl. UK&amp;I, Benelux, Nordics, CEE, Poland, MENA).</li>
<li>Implement long-term content and creator strategies for English-speaking EMEA, under the direction of Twitch leadership, with the intent to increase creator service levels, satisfaction, and income.</li>
<li>Lead and implement cross-functional programs and initiatives related to English-speaking creators in EMEA, as well as content crossover and collaborative opportunities with English-speaking creators globally.</li>
<li>Manage team’s budget and be responsible and accountable for optimizing the creator portfolio.</li>
<li>Track, report, and present relevant performance-related metrics, learnings, programs, and language/region specific progress to senior and executive leadership.</li>
<li>Lead a team of high-performing content personnel, provide feedback and development, assess R&amp;R and bandwidth on an on-going basis.</li>

You will create clean, easy-to-consume, yet detailed technical documentation and training using text, illustrations, video, and other online authoring tools. Your ability to work cross-functionally between engineering, support, testing, marketing, and product management is essential. You will work alongside writers, instructional designers, and illustrators to produce guides and multimedia for internal and external audiences. You will maintain document revision control for content developed in multiple languages. What You Will Bring To ChargePoint <ul><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to take complex technical product/service information and present in comprehensible and accessible user information</li><li>Perform all phases of technical content development, including planning and research, design, writing, editing, illustrating, and publishing</li><li>Partner closely with support and other teams to develop microcontent and scripts for common inquiries and FAQs to fulfill customers’ self-service requests</li><li>Develop and manage content in authoring tool/management solution including source control and translation</li><li>Create graphical diagrams, flow charts, illustrations, infographics, images, and collaborate with illustrator(s) to incorporate rich media into technical documentation and knowledgebases</li><li>Enhance and maintain documentation by continually reviewing, keeping up to date on released features and innovative technologies </li></ul>
Requirements <ul><li>3-5 years of technical writing and content creation in a complex product environment</li><li>Strong preference for experience working directly with engineering teams on technology products</li><li>Demonstrated ability to learn complex technical products quickly and develop documentation relevant to the target audience</li><li>Proficient in Madcap Flare XML authoring (experience in HTML and CSS a plus) and creation of single-source content </li><li>Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and image editing software (Photoshop, GIMP, Illustrator, etc.)</li><li>Background working with publishing content for different global markets</li><li>Experience documenting UI and API guides for both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently while meeting tight deadlines</li><li>Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in an environment with competing demands</li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred</li><li>Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools a plus </li></ul>
