Responsibilities:

<li>Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable Java applications.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</li>
<li>Oversee the architecture and development of Java-based back-end systems using Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Batch).</li>
<li>Implement CI/CD processes and ensure code quality and integrity using GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and related DevOps tools.</li>
<li>Work closely with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and validation of all software deliverables.</li>
<li>Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Ensure all developed code is thoroughly documented and adheres to best practices and standards.</li>
<li>Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and improve team performance.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience (5+ years) as a Java Developer, with at least 2 years in a lead role.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Java (v8, v11, v17) and related frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Batch.</li>
<li>Experience with microservices architecture and development.</li>
<li>Familiarity with private cloud setups and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Upper-Intermediate level of English.</li>
</ul>
Nice to Have:
<ul>
<li>Experience with front-end technologies like React (with Redux) and jQuery.</li>
<li>Familiarity with database systems like PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and Redis.</li>

As a Graphic Designer, you'll be a key player in crafting the visual identity and user experience of Hike's Rush Gaming Universe. You'll work alongside a design team to create engaging graphics, UI elements, and interactive prototypes. You'll be responsible for understanding product briefs, brainstorming creative solutions, and delivering design solutions ready for market implementation. You'll also document the design process, conduct usability testing, and monitor the impact of your designs after product release.
