Job Description

Apexon seeks a Data Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to collaborate with internal partners, translate business needs into analytical projects, and deliver data-driven solutions. Responsibilities include data analysis & visualization using tools like Tableau or Power BI, risk management using data, managing reporting processes, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. The role involves stakeholder engagement, historical data analysis to identify trends and insights, and developing advanced visualizations. The analyst will also document and share best practices to enhance team knowledge.

Must have:

3+ years experience in data analysis
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
Stakeholder engagement & collaboration
Data analysis & reporting skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field
