Job Description

Apexon seeks a Business Analyst 5 for a full-time role supporting OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Responsibilities include requirement analysis, functional design, testing documentation for systems, processes, data flows, and services. The ideal candidate will have experience collecting and analyzing business requirements, creating functional requirements, end-to-end testing, bug tracking, and strong communication skills with state agency stakeholders and DTMB team members. Relevant IT system integration experience is essential. The role requires proficiency with MS Office and Visio and knowledge of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC). Project management skills and experience working as a liaison between development and client teams are also needed. Experience with complex IT web applications and educational data systems is a plus.

Role Description: We would like a full-time experienced BA on a project supporting OEE. The BA resource would assist with Requirement Analysis, Functional Design and Testing documentation for all systems, Processes, Data flows, and Services impacted by the project. The resource should have an high level experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, creating the Functional requirements, End to end testing, Bug tracking, and Coordination/Communication skills with state agency stakeholders, and DTMB team members. Relevant IT system integration experience is needed.

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

Exposure to Complex IT web Applications, within the past 10 years
Experience in a role supporting a software development project, within the past 10 years
Experience working with educational data systems
Ability to conduct meetings, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations
Experience in a professional office environment
Proficiency with MS Office and Visio
Experience working as a liaison between the development team and project manager or business client in a software development project
Knowledge and understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)
Project management skills and knowledge in project management and related methodologies

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
