Job Description

Growe seeks a Customer Support Representative in Colombia to provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via chat and ticket systems. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, collaborating with colleagues to enhance service, identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching problems, and providing effective solutions. Intermediate English (written and spoken) is required, and native-level Spanish is essential. While prior customer support experience is a plus, it's not mandatory. Strong organizational, prioritization, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this fast-paced role.

Job Details

  • Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.

We need your professional experience:
  • Intermediate level of English (written and spoken);

  • Native speaker of Spanish;

  • Previous experience with customer support is not mandatory but will be considered a plus.
