Corporate Alliances Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of international partnership activities basing on the guidance and instruction from specific account manager or team leader. The activities include but not limited to out-of-home (outside of Hong Kong) promotion and activation, co-marketing program, event coordination, leadership meeting support, etc.

• Run desk-top research and initial analysis to support alliance business global and international initiatives

• Coordinate and execute all contractual hospitality entitlements for international partners, and enhance the clear and organized working process with internal Line of Business (mainly Ticketing & Revenue Management & Analytics), as well as external partners

• Support Corporate Alliances team members to host executives from international firms’ on-site activities like potential partners visit, site tour, leadership visits, etc.    

• Support team administrative tasks basing on specific need or request

Requirement:

• A Bachelor Degree holder major in Business, Marketing, Communication or any related discipline obtained outside of Hong Kong. Fresh graduate will also be considered

• Knowledge of global offerings by Disney and Disneyland international sites

• Experience in other Disney international sites would be preferred

• Skillful with Office software, esp. Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Native in English

• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua)
