Job Summary
Job Description
This Cloud Sales Executive position in Sydney, Australia, focuses on driving sales of Public Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets, building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding customer needs, leading the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing), maintaining deep knowledge of cloud services, and collaborating with internal and external teams. The role requires staying updated on industry trends and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Performance reporting and pipeline management using CRM tools are also key responsibilities.

Sales Executive Sydney- AU
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Public Cloud solutions and services.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Work closely with marketing, alliance, and technical teams to build go-to-market strategies.
Customer Engagement
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
Understand customer needs and pain points to propose tailored Public Cloud solutions.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Solution Expertise
Maintain in-depth knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP services and how they integrate into customer environments.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on best practices and value-driven cloud adoption strategies.
Collaboration & Partner Engagement
Collaborate with cloud provider teams (AWS, Microsoft, Google) to align on joint opportunities.
Partner with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution delivery success.
Performance & Reporting
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Provide regular forecasts and performance updates to leadership.
Track and analyze sales metrics to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
