Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and execute best-in-class ASO strategies across the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android);
  • Creation, maintenance, and optimization of all elements of app store presence which includes text, asset, and keyword definition – in multiple languages;
  • Test, track and optimize AB tests on the app stores for increased download conversion rate and increased store page traffic, while staying on brand and relevant to each game’s USPs;
  • Work closely with UA on identifying, planning, executing, and measuring opportunities to stimulate organic growth;
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis in our key markets;
  • Create reporting dashboards for key stakeholders across the organization;
  • Stay up to date with the latest ASO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
  • Proven knowledge of mobile platforms and technologies;
  • In-depth understanding of the different App stores and their processes;
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, time management, and written communication skills;
  • Ability to coordinate projects, set priorities, take responsibility, and manage tasks independently;
  • Comfortability collecting information and feedback from across the business, ability to come up with or identify innovative ideas, and convert thoughts into actions in a structured manner;
  • Passion for the video game industry and knowledge of market trends and styles would be a great advantage.

Salary: From 2500 EUR/month (gross), based on experience and competence
