Overview

In the role of a Netflix Senior Manager, Art & Print & Prod Ops lead, you will be an integral part of the APAC Regional Marketing team, collaborating closely with local Marketing teams and overseeing the team’s work of finishing, localization, and adaptation of marketing assets in a fast-paced high-performance environment. Joining our regional APAC Marketing Production team, we require an experienced 10+ years in Art & Print Production who is able to navigate and evolve complex tools and workflows whilst maintaining operational best practices. Someone who is passionate about all aspects of A/P production has an entrepreneurial mindset with people’s management experience, thrives in an ever-changing environment, possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity, and can demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity. 

Additionally, as a Senior Manager, Art & Print and Production Ops lead, you are expected to contribute to broader APAC regional initiatives. These initiatives aim to identify and develop opportunities for efficiency enhancements and greater impact within the team. 

Key Areas & Skills

LEADERSHIP

  • Ability to set a clear vision for the team, aligning production goals with overall business objectives. Leading by example, inspiring the team, and creating a collaborative and creative work environment are crucial.

  • Managing multiple Art & Print projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines and varying scope

  • Nurturing and developing the skills of team members to maintain a high-performing team. This includes mentoring, providing feedback, and creating opportunities for growth and learning.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Understanding and respecting diverse perspectives and promoting an inclusive work environment.

  • Managing production budgets and resources efficiently.

ART/PRINT FINISHING EXPERTISE & GENERAL WORKFLOW

  • Provide technical and creative finishing advice working alongside our finishing agencies and external partners.

  • Understand the core marketing creative intent with artwork assets and lead the team to execute world-class finishing on Artwork assets for APAC campaigns. 

  • Be a brand guardian and knowledge center for Marketing Art and OOH assets. 

  • Knowledge sharing and contributing to improving and scaling workflows and Global Production Design thinking, understanding regional nuances within the APAC team, and contributing to APAC & Global initiatives. 

  • Identify opportunities for innovation workflow refinement.

VENDOR & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • A multi-tasker is able to oversee several different campaigns at different production stages that the team is working on.

  • Define, communicate, implement, and monitor technical quality standards and creative integrity on all project deliverables according to Netflix's creative guidelines 

  • Lead with the sourcing, vetting, and onboarding of finishing vendors

  • Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver with superb time, resource, and stakeholder management.

LOCALIZATION KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience with transcreation and translation. 

  • Manage globalization team relationships, always looking into opportunity areas to have the work done more efficiently and scalable.

INNOVATION
