The Affiliates Manager will lead and manage the Affiliate team to improve marketing promotions and initiatives, partnering with the executive team to align with company objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective research, maintaining communication with affiliates, monitoring and analyzing campaign results (including weekly/monthly KPI reports), managing affiliate retention and reactivation, handling daily affiliate communication, analyzing competitors, and planning the company's affiliate presence at relevant events. The role requires managing the company's affiliate program, including promotions and initiatives; researching, sourcing, evaluating, onboarding, and approving new affiliates and partners; and ensuring strong communication and collaboration within the team.

As the Affiliates Manager for our business, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the Affiliate team to improve the marketing promotions and initiatives. You will partner closely with the executive team and business leaders to align initiatives with our company's objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective research and maintain communication with several affiliates.

 

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Manage the company’s affiliate program, including affiliate promotions and initiatives
  • Research, source, evaluate, on board and approve new affiliates and partners to the program
  • Monitor and analyse results of all affiliate campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports
  • Manage affiliate retention & reactivation
  • Handle day to day engagement and communication with affiliates
  • Analyse competitors
  • Plan the company’s affiliate presence (eg. featuring at relevant expos & events)

Essential experience

  • Three to five years’ experience working within the wagering / sports betting industry.
  • A strong knowledge of sports trading, wagering and odds compiling.
  • Strong Product Management knowledge and experience. 
  • A team player and highly collaborative individual who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up to get the job done for the team.

 

Desired experience

  • Expert knowledge of the global sports market

Essential qualities or behaviors

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use data and customer feedback to set long-term business strategies.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude, with the ability to actively contribute to strategic discussions through strong critical thinking skills.
