Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SDET to join our newly created Service Consultant sub-practice, dedicated to serving a mature and impactful long-term client in the financial services industry. This role requires teamwork and focus on advancing the client's agenda. Join us to make a meaningful impact and contribute within our innovative team. You will contribute as a squad member to design and implement products throughout the PDLC including testing, and documentation independently. You will work with Product Owner and Scrum Master in an Agile environment to improve velocity on a product delivery. You will work as a cross-functional team player to augment the squad needs as needed. You will contribute to the community of practice and proactively share knowledge with squad members.

Must have:

Strong testing and development experience
Experience with Anti-money laundering (AML) solutions
Data migration from legacy to new solutions
Experience building test plans and cases
Experience testing transactional, data integration and user interface
Experience building migration test data scripts
Experience with test automation development in Java/python
Experience with API test tools like Postman and Restassured API
Strong data analysis skills with SQL development experience
End-to-end test automation for Anti-money laundering or similar domain experience

Good to have:

Cloud Foundry experience
Experience building test integration pipelines
Experience incorporating test integration into system integration

What you’ll do: 

Contribute as a squad member to design and implement products throughout the PDLC including testing, and documentation independently
Working with Product Owner and Scrum Master in an Agile environment to improve velocity on a product delivery
Work as cross-functional team player to augment the squad needs as needed
Contribute to the community of practice and proactively share knowledge with squad members

Requirements:

Strong testing coupled development experience to test for Anti-money laundering (AML) solutions and data migration from legacy to new solutions such as Palantir Cloud Foundry
Strong hands-on experience in building test plans, test cases (atomic integration, user scenarios) and communicating test strategy to product stakeholders with mapping to applicable user stories
Strong hands-on testing experience to test transactional, data integration and user interface
Excellent hands-on experience building comprehensive migration test data scripts for inbound feeds, API, ETL components covering both functional, and non-functional characteristics
Excellent SDET experience in the test automation development in the Java/python languages – Cloud Foundry preferred
Hands-on experience to support building test integration pipelines and incorporating into system integration
Hands-on experience on API test tools such as Postman, Restassured API to test API integrations
Strong data analysis skills with SQL development experience to resolve data quality issues in the test environments
10+ extensive test automation scripts to build end-to-end test automation for Anti-money laundering or similar domain experience
7+ experience test development experience in Java/python
