Per il dipartimento legale di Bologna che si occupa di Corporate ed M&A siamo alla ricerca di un Avvocato con sino a 6 anni di esperienza post qualification.
Requisiti

l'aver maturato un buon livello di esperienza in questioni societarie e fusioni e acquisizioni presso studi internazionali e italiani strutturati
laurea magistrale conseguita in tempi ordinari e con una eccellente votazione.
capacità di lavorare in team e buone doti comunicative
ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
propensione a lavorare in team ed ottime doti comunicative
