Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, IL, and a land-based casino near the Nittany Mall in State College, PA, Bally's will own and/or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. 

Well, what about the team?

The role will involve working across all our UK and Spanish Brands - responsible for driving efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability within the Performance Marketing function. The successful individual collaborates closely with Acquisition teams, Product, Data and technology experts to optimise marketing processes, systems, and campaigns.

They are experts in AdTech platforms and support Marketing teams to track performance and drive continuous improvement and commercial success.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Developing clear and comprehensive requirements to Product Analytics team on maintaining and evolving existing tracking setup for web and native apps across UK and Spain
  • Working closely with key platforms such as Google and Meta to inform and shape joint technical and business plans to drive commercial performance.
  • Key contact point with Product Analytics and Data teams for all Ad Tech requirements, backlogs, troubleshooting and issue escalation
  • Own and manage Marketing requirements backlogs and prioritisation based on commercial and customer success
  • Training – new users and regular refreshers for existing team
  • Key point of contact within Performance Marketing with our platforms to ensure our usage is within the commercial agreements and that we maximise the use of our existing tooling
  • Support Auditing & Management of the granular aspect of our tag management set up to enable meaningful data capture and accurate reporting
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Self-serve integration between Tealium and 3rd party platforms where no Product integration is required
  • Supporting and facilitating marketing technical documentation production and upkeep
  • Delivering and supporting the development of key governance and processes around marketing campaigns tagging structure and URL templating
  • Support for updating and testing implementations when vendors/publishers update their products or when our requirements change
  • Assist with the onboarding of new marketing technologies and ensure they correctly function in our technology stack and for end users.
  • Support and keep track of QA status on new launches for all tracking and acquisition data integration pipelines
  • Project ownership and delivery
You have:
  • Experience with reporting on analytics data and other marketing KPIs using Data visualisation suites like Google Data Studio or similar
  • Proven working experience with Tealium IQ and Tealium AudienceStream (managing libraries, creating extensions, load rules, tag mapping, audience management)
  • Proven experience with Appsflyer, Funnel.io or similar platforms
  • Experience with integrating web and apps Marketing Tech such as web experimentation tools, fraud detection, web analytics, generic conversion tags
  • Applied experience with attribution methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid-remote team
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-discipline marketing team
