Job Description

The Internet Marketing Manager at G5 Games will be responsible for acquiring users worldwide for casual games, managing significant UA budgets to meet ROI/ROAS goals. This role encompasses the entire user acquisition funnel for the G5 Store, including advertising, conversion optimization, creative development, and managing relationships with various channels and partners. Collaboration with other teams on analytical and automation tools and staying updated on market trends are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess experience in user acquisition through ad networks for browser-based or download games, a strong understanding of A/B testing, Google Analytics, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Must have:
  • 1+ years experience in user acquisition for games
  • Conversion optimization expertise
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, GTM, Google Analytics
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Tech-savviness and understanding of web advertising
  • Excellent English communication
Good to have:

G5 Games is a game developer and publisher headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. We have over 850+ talented professionals worldwide who work remotely in one of our 10 locations. More than 20 years ago, the company became one of the first mobile game developers in the world. 

You may know us from hit projects like Sherlock, Hidden City®, Mahjong Journey®, The Secret Society®, the Jewels series, and many others. 

We are looking for a candidate for the following position: Internet Marketing Manager (remote).

What you’ll have to do:

  • Acquiring users worldwide for casual games;
  • Delivering on ROI/ROAS goals while managing significant UA budget;
  • Owning the user acquisition funnel for G5 Store (advertising, conversion, creatives, and etc.);
  • Owning relationships with various channels and partners;
  • Collaborating with other teams on analytical and automation tools;
  • Working closely with G5 Store and creative teams;
  • Keeping in touch with market opportunities, competitors and trends.

Our requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience with acquiring users through various ad networks for browser-based games or games downloaded through the landing page/website;
  • Ability to improve conversions for both regular and landing pages;
  • Knowledge of A/B testing process, GTM, Google Analytics. Knowledge of other analytical tools is a plus;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Power Query/Power Pivot is an advantage;
  • Tech-savviness including solid understanding of technology behind web and advertising on the web;
  • Good spoken and written English.
