We're looking for an experienced Workplace Facilities Specialist to join our Facilities team. Reporting to the Manager, Administration - Facilities, you'll be responsible for:
- Manage end-to-end operations of facilities management for the Bangalore office
- Plan and organize daily operations, including planned maintenance activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of facilities without any downtime
- Review the monthly performance of vendors to improve service quality
- Maintain active contracts and AMC for workplace related vendors during lease term
- Manage transport operations, ability to make the transport function efficient observing industry benchmark. Report important functional metrics related to transport operations
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must have 8+ years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management after completion of bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in using tools- procure-to-pay, CRM systems, reporting tools, desk-booking tools
- Experience with AMC negotiation, Renewals, and Maintenance – MEP Services, UPS, Electrical, HVAC, FAPA Access Control, CCTV
- Experience managing HVAC, UPS, Electrical, Fire alarm systems and Security systems
- Experience with transportation and cafeteria management

- Experience with process improvement and implementation
- Experience with approaching problems with a data-driven approach
- Strong stakeholder management skills
