Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate effectively with other internal stakeholders and contractors to carry out daily operation & maintenance work. Handle ad hoc work requisitions.
  • Manage maintenance contracts, maintenance budget, a team of in-house technical staff & inventory planning.
  • Planning & Implementation of engineering services projects including major overhauling, capital replacement, enhancement projects, etc.
  • Support handover of new technical projects.
  • Manage energy utilization & carry out energy audit & data analysis work.
  • Manage operation & maintenance work for critical installation to maintain a good level of up time.
  • Work with different internal stakeholders to ensure all electrical and mechanical facilities are in good performance. Include periodic facility review inspection & coordination meeting.
  • Handle emergency breakdown for electrical and mechanical facilities.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience. Candidate with less experience would be considered as Support Engineer.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills on problem solving and customer service with different internal stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills to provide precise directions to Cast Member and Contractors to achieve the performance.
  • Strong technical skills with hands-on implementation experience.
  • Expertise in Building Energy Management.
  • Proficiency in Power Point, Power Project, Excel, AutoCAD and Words.
  • Power BI and BIM also preferred.
