Job Summary
Job Description
Limit Break seeks a Senior VFX Artist to create high-quality VFX simulations, textures, and materials; meet technical standards for VFX assets; manage and coordinate the VFX team; and collaborate with engineering to build and improve art pipelines. Responsibilities include optimizing VFX assets, collaborating with other departments, and leading a team with 5-7 years of experience in VFX production. Proficiency in Maya, Houdini, Photoshop, and game engines (Unreal or Unity) is required.
Must have:
- 5-7 years VFX production & team lead experience
- Proficiency in Maya, Houdini, Photoshop
- Game engine experience (Unreal or Unity)
- Cross-departmental collaboration skills
Good to have:
- Asset performance optimization experience
- Procedural content creation experience

■業務内容
高品質なVFXシミュレーション、テクスチャ、マテリアルの制作
VFXアート資産の技術基準を満たす制作および最適化
VFXチームの管理およびタスク調整
エンジニアリングと連携し、アートパイプラインの構築と改善
■応募資格/応募条件
必須条件:
VFX制作およびチームリードの5〜7年の経験
Maya、Houdini、PhotoshopなどDCCツールの習熟
UnrealやUnityなどのゲームエンジン経験
他部門と連携し、プロジェクトを推進できる能力
歓迎条件:
アセットのパフォーマンス最適化経験
プロシージャルコンテンツの制作経験
