UX/CX Designer

We are looking for a User Experience & Customer Experience Designer to enhance user experiences on Ylands EDU. You’ll conduct user research, design prototypes, and optimize interactions to create an engaging and accessible educational platform.

About Ylands EDU

Ylands EDU is a Czech educational platform that encourages creativity and teaches computer science in a fun and engaging way. It offers a safe environment where students can explore, create, and build their own small game projects. Teachers can easily design custom interactive lessons, making the learning experience both flexible and tailored. Ylands EDU helps students develop the tools they need to succeed in today’s digital world.
 

Responsibilities

  • User Research & Prototyping: Gather insights from educators and students; create wireframes and prototypes that prioritize accessibility and engagement
  • Testing & Feedback Integration: Lead usability testing; refine designs based on user feedback
  • Documentation & Roadmap: Maintain design guidelines and manage the UX/CX roadmap; align it with project milestones
  • Collaboration & Sprint Planning: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, user-centered experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years in UX/CX design; proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
  • Strong skills in user research, usability testing, and Agile practices
  • Excellent English (B2/C1)
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
