Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of User Acquisition, including setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across various channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and video networks;
Collaborate with the UA Lead to develop and execute user acquisition strategies that attract high-value players for our mobile game, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Analyze campaign performance data to optimize ROI and LTV, utilizing tools like AppsFlyer for effective tracking and reporting.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UA to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our strategy.
Contribute to UA budget allocation and forecasting, ensuring efficient resource utilization to achieve desired user acquisition goals.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile games.
Deep understanding of the most effective practices and methodologies in user acquisition.
Proficiency in user acquisition analytics tools such as AppsFlyer.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and crafting comprehensive reports.
Familiarity with multiple mobile ad networks ( SANs and video networks).
Bonus points: Experience working with IAP monetization models and puzzle games.
Fluent proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
