Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring a Head of Ad Monetization to help our premium customers scale their ad monetization strategies.

You are:

What We Expect

You will:

  • Collaborate with our premium customers to develop, execute, and continuously refine their optimal ad monetization strategy.

  • Monitor and analyze key metrics related to game performance, identify trends, and translate data into actionable ad monetization strategies.

  • Lead our ad mediation team, focusing primarily on managing and optimizing the waterfall setup of our customers’ games.

  • Continuously analyze and adjust the mediation strategy to ensure optimal performance.

  • Drive initiatives to automate and streamline the mediation process, incorporating AI and other cutting-edge technologies.

  • Create ad monetization models based on best practices

  • Develop case studies based on successful ad monetization strategies to share with our broader customer base and for marketing purposes.

You must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a role focused on ad monetization design and ad mediation optimization within the mobile gaming industry.

  • Strong understanding of mobile game economy design and ad monetization strategies.

  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting game performance metrics.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to new opportunities.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Scalable thinking: Yodo1 is growing fast; those who can think big advance quickly.

You might have:

  • Experience in implementing AI or machine learning solutions in ad mediation or a similar field.

  • Experience using Monetization Anomaly Detection Systems, such as oolo.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user segmentation, and retention.

  • Knowledge of the latest trends in the ad tech industry.

  • Multilingual capabilities, to better serve our diverse customer base.
