Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Responsibilities include managing app campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms to boost merchant acquisition and engagement; running retargeting campaigns; enhancing brand awareness; driving website traffic and lead generation; conducting A/B testing; analyzing campaign performance; and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, strong analytical skills, creative instincts, and excellent communication skills. This role requires staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices in SEO/SEM.
Must have:
- 2+ years experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
- Strong creative skills and ability to create engaging ad creatives
- Experience with retargeting campaign optimization
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role will work closely with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and budget.
What you will do
- Adept in app campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms to boost merchant acquisition and engagement
- Experienced in running retargeting on SRN & Partner networks
- Enhance brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic and acquiring leads
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO/SEM
- Experienced in working across different teams (cross-collaboration)
What you will need
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from advertising performance metrics to inform campaign optimization strategies.
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to ideate and execute engaging ad creatives that resonate with merchant audiences across different platforms.
- Capability to showcase what metrics to look out for when running retargeting campaigns and methods of optimization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product teams.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, with the adaptability to quickly learn and implement new advertising techniques and strategies as platforms evolve
