Technicon Design Sweden has a new and exciting opportunity for a Technical Visualisation Artist to join our client’s team on the outskirts of Gothenburg, Sweden. The vacancy is available for on-boarding immediately.
The Technical Visualisation team within Visualisation Department is looking for a new consultant to be a part of our new creative team responsible for marketing and external communication assets production. We are looking for a candidate that has a broad experience in the visualization industry focusing on scanning and digitalizing of surface materials, PBR materials creation using advanced technology and software. You will work in a friendly and highly engaged team supporting our Senior Material Artist close with design and marketing visualization artists and designers.

The Technical Visualisation team within Visualisation Department is looking for a new consultant to be a part of our new creative team responsible for marketing and external communication assets production. We are looking for a candidate that has a broad experience in the visualization industry focusing on scanning and digitalizing of surface materials, PBR materials creation using advanced technology and software. You will work in a friendly and highly engaged team supporting our Senior Material Artist close with design and marketing visualization artists and designers.
Role Duties
- Surface material scanning
- Texture preparation and material creation in Substance Designer/Sampler
- Material creation for V-ray in Maya/Houdini
- Working in material pipeline in cooperation with our team
- Experience working as a Visualisation Artist, material artist
- Experience in surface material scanning
- Experience in Substance Designer/Sampler
- Experience in Maya + V-ray, Nuke, Houdini
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine / Omniverse beneficial
- Knowledge in MDL and Python scripting would be advantageous
