Some points on tasks:
organizing and maintaining the effective work of the technical art department (planning, assigning, accepting tasks)
forming and maintaining pipelines and requirements for the visual content being produced with regard for the planned development platforms
developing and formalizing the structure and rules for storing visual content and naming convention as well as keeping them up to date
developing unconventional visual content and systems (shader, postprocessing, light, camera, scripts for solving visual tasks)
supervising the performance of the project's visual side (profiling, load testing)
searching for and implementing solutions for optimizing the performance of the project's graphics side
participating in creating functional prototypes on the visual side
developing tools for automating content work and speeding up the art department's work
helping in importing and setting up complex visual content in the engine
organizing effective communication between the art department and client development divisions along with game designers on the issues related to the visual side of the project
