Job Description

Enphase Energy seeks a Sr Manager, CI/CD to lead CI/CD initiatives. The role requires developing and implementing a comprehensive CI/CD strategy aligned with business goals, leading and mentoring a team, optimizing processes, implementing best practices in AWS environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include overseeing CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and maintenance using AWS services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS services, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, or CircleCI), and scripting (Python, Bash). Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

Must have:

AWS expertise (EC2, S3, Lambda, CodePipeline etc.)
CI/CD tool proficiency (Jenkins, ArgoCD, CircleCI)
Scripting skills (Python, Bash)
Process optimization & best practices
Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
Leadership and team management
Excellent communication skills

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Manager CI/CD to lead our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization and technology implementation, with a specific focus on AWS-based environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency in our software delivery processes.

What you will do

Leadership & Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive CI/CD strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor a team of CI/CD engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CI/CD processes.

Process Optimization:

Analyze current CI/CD processes and identify areas for improvement.
Implement best practices for CI/CD, ensuring high-quality and timely software releases.
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of CI/CD processes.

Technology Implementation:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using AWS services.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of CI/CD pipelines.
Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance CI/CD processes.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
Communicate CI/CD strategies, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

Who you are and what you bring

Technical Expertise:

Extensive experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy).
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD or CircleCI.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash).

Process Management:

Proven track record in optimizing CI/CD processes and implementing best practices.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.

Leadership & Communication:

Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
