Description

• Leadership & Strategy:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive CI/CD strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of CI/CD engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CI/CD processes.
• Process Optimization:
• Analyze current CI/CD processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices for CI/CD, ensuring high-quality and timely software releases.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of CI/CD processes.
• Technology Implementation:
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using AWS services.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance CI/CD processes.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
• Communicate CI/CD strategies, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

• Technical Expertise:
• Extensive experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD or CircleCI.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash).
• Process Management:
• Proven track record in optimizing CI/CD processes and implementing best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Leadership & Communication:
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in CI/CD management or a related role.
• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) is a plus.
