• Review and control the daily openings and closings of each store under your charge through various Slack channels. 
• Plan the staff schedules for the Experience Center on a weekly and timely basis.
• As the first instance in the operational hierarchy, you must be able to manage and control the staff in your charge at the store.
• Train your team according to the needs of the operation, adapting them to change. • Identify shortcomings in the functions of your team and provide appropriate feedback and a plan for improvement.
• Have in-depth knowledge of the services offered by our betting house and the benefits available, as they are key tools for engaging and persuading customers, to train your team commercially.
• Be fully knowledgeable about the operation of our website and all user access points.
• Be able to manage and control store inventories across all variables. 
• Be capable of implementing strategies to retain customers, focusing on excellent customer service and persuasive skills.
• Manage and control the image of the Shops or SportsBars, considering the cleanliness of the location, the display of gifts for customers, and sports items, to influence customer consumption decisions. 
• Act as the responsible intermediary for communications issued by the company that are of general interest or affect the operation.
• Ensure compliance with the different codes of conduct and dress code inside the experience centers.
• Ensure that processes and functions outlined in various manuals are followed by the staff at the Experience Center.
• Be available to respond to requests even if you are not in the Shop or SportsBar, as long as the operation demands it.
• Plan and organize different activities in the Shops or SportsBars under your responsibility, such as anniversaries, special sports events, reservations, or BTL activations.
• Assign tasks to staff and delegate responsibilities, leveraging the talents of your team.
• Ensure the proper availability of supplies necessary for the operation.
• Follow up on and address customer inquiries, comments, and questions related to sales and service.
• Control and schedule purchases of various products and supplies needed for operations.
• Keep a detailed and responsible record of balances at the end of each shift for the corresponding audits.
• Maintain a chronological and organized record of money transactions, such as deposits to RSI, ensuring they align with all relevant metrics.

Autorización para el Tratamiento de Datos Personales - Candidatos

Actuando de manera libre, voluntaria y espontanea, en mi condición de titular de datos personales, autorizo de manera previa, expresa e informada a Rush Street Interactive Colombia S.A.S. (en adelante "RSI"), sociedad legalmente constituida e identificada con NIT 901.135.239-1, a quien represente en el futuro sus derechos, sucesores o cesionarios de este y a sus controlantes, subsidiarias y afiliadas, así como a las demás empresas que conformen el Grupo Rush Street Interactive a nivel internacional, principalmente localizadas en Estados Unidos, así como también pudieran estarlo en cualquier otro país en el cual Rush Street Interactive desarrolle sus negocios, para recopilar, almacenar, compilar, procesar, distribuir, usar, transmitir y/o transferir nacional y/o internacionalmente, y en general, directa o indirectamente dar tratamiento a toda mi información personal que revele en el proceso de selección, deba en el futuro revelar a RSI y a otras empresas del grupo Rush Street Interactive o sean directamente obtenidos por RSI mediante la práctica de visitas domiciliarias, estudios de antecedentes y/o exámenes médicos, entre otros, como por ejemplo, nombre, número de documento de identidad, edad, fecha de nacimiento, dirección, sexo, nacionalidad, idioma, información relacionada con mi educación o historial de empleo, entorno familiar, incluyendo eventualmente datos sensibles tales como, pero sin limitarse a fotografías, videos e información médica, para las siguientes finalidades:

(i) Solicitar la hoja de vida y documentos anexos para su evaluación; (ii) Comunicarse por cualquier medio de contacto suministrado cuando se requiera para continuar con el proceso de selección; (iii)  Verificar antecedentes, información personal, experiencia laboral y profesional como parte del proceso de selección; (iv) Contar con un registro de las personas que se presentaron en cada proceso de selección y sus resultados; (v) Reportar información a las autoridades competentes en caso de que se requerido; (vi) Verificar la información en cumplimiento de regulaciones vigentes como la relacionada con los requerimientos para la prevención del lavado de activos y la financiación del terrorismo; (vii) Cualquier otra finalidad directamente relacionada con los procesos de selección que adelante RSI.

Igualmente, declaro entender y aceptar que el tratamiento de mis datos personales por parte de RSI se podrá realizar desde las plataformas tecnológicas que disponga el Grupo Rush Street Interactive a nivel internacional tales como (pero sin limitarse a Greenhouse u Checkr), las cuales serán administradas funcionalmente por terceros nacionales o extranjeros, encargados y/o sub encargados del tratamiento de conformidad con la legislación aplicable.

También entiendo que, después de haber suministrado la información, puedo revocar la autorización dada para el tratamiento de mis datos personales cuando sea aplicable de conformidad con la Ley vigente. Así mismo, comprendo que tengo el derecho de conocer, actualizar y rectificar mis datos personales de conformidad con los procedimientos previstos en la Política de Tratamiento de Datos Personales de RSI, de solicitar la prueba de esta autorización, de ser informado(a) de los usos que le estén dando a mi información y de presentar quejas ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.

En ese sentido, entiendo y acepto que cualquier consulta o reclamo en relación con el tratamiento de mis datos personales puede dirigirse a la Calle 81 No. 11 - 55 Torre Norte Piso 9 o al correo electrónico: datospersonales@rushbet.co
