adjoe is looking for a Senior Supply Growth Manager who is fluent in both Japanese and English, with at least 3 years of experience in the ad tech, mobile advertising, and digital marketing space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of standard KPIs used in the ad tech industry (CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR, etc.) and excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing app publishers, expanding their revenue, building strong relationships with existing partners, analyzing partner performance KPIs and taking action, creating reports, presentations, and business reviews for app publishers, tracking activities related to the app publisher portfolio using dashboards and other tools (Salesforce, JIRA), gathering partner needs including technical troubleshooting, and communicating them internally with appropriate prioritization. This role will also be responsible for initiating and managing supply projects, maintaining a clear framework, and monitoring results.
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in ad tech, mobile advertising, and digital marketing
- Fluent in both Japanese and English
- Strong understanding of standard KPIs used in the ad tech industry
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills
- Proficient in Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides)
- Output and revenue-oriented
- Strong ownership

仕事内容
- 既存のアプリパブリッシャーのポートフォリオを管理し、パブリッシャーと当社の収益を拡大
- 日々のコミュニケーション（Slack、メール、電話）を通じて、既存パートナーとの強固な関係を構築
- パートナーのパフォーマンスに関するKPIを分析し、それに基づいてアクション
- アプリパブリッシャー向けのレポート、プレゼンテーション、ビジネスレビューの作成
- ダッシュボードやその他のツール（Salesforce、JIRA）を使用して、アプリパブリッシャーのポートフォリオに関連する活動を追跡
- 技術的なトラブルシューティングを含め、パートナーのニーズを収集し、適切な優先順位で社内に伝達
- 明確な体制を維持し、結果を監視することにより、サプライプロジェクトを開始し、管理
求める人材
- 日本在住の方
- 日本語と英語に堪能な方（ドイツ本社とのやりとりはすべて英語）
- アドテクノロジー、モバイル広告、デジタルマーケティング領域で3年以上の経験をお持ちの方
- アドテクノロジー業界で使用される標準的なKPI（CPI、CPM、CPC、ARPDAU、CTRなど）を理解している方
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル（口頭および書面）をお持ちの方優れた分析スキルをお持ちの方
- Google Suite（特にSheetとSlides）を使いこなせる方
- アウトプットと収益を重視する姿勢をお持ちの方
- ペースの速い環境で働くことが好きな方
- 強いオーナーシップをお持ちの方
