The Solutions Specialist, Search and Shopping Ads, will develop and apply market, industry, product, and tool knowledge to offer optimal solutions for clients' business challenges. Responsibilities include crafting holistic media strategies to drive performance and investment, collaborating with cross-functional teams for account growth, managing a book of business across the entire cycle (planning, pitching, implementation, optimization), and driving conversations on Google Ads (Search, Shopping) and measurement/attribution. This role requires expertise in campaign management using Google Ads (Search, PLAs, PMax, Omnichannel), strong analytical skills, excellent project management, and the ability to process large datasets to identify significant patterns. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and excels at building relationships with clients to understand their needs and devise strategies to expand their business using Google's advertising solutions.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years digital marketing campaign management
  • Google Ads expertise (Search, Shopping, PLAs, PMax)
  • Data analysis and pattern identification
  • Excellent project management skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns with online measurement and operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Expertise in campaign management utilizing Google Ads (e.g., Search, PLAs, PMax, Omnichannel).
  • Ability to take ownership of accounts, deliverables, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools, in preparation to offer the best solution for our clients' business challenges.
  • Dive into the client’s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a holistic media strategy to drive performance and the right investment.
  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth.
  • Drive conversations on Google Ads (e.g., Search, Shopping) and measurement and attribution along with the Measurement and Attribution specialists.
  • Manage a book of business, working across the business cycle with in-country teams (e.g., plan, pitch, implement, and optimize).
