Position Overview:
What you’ll do as the Lifecycle Program Services Manager

In this role, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of services offered by Zones, ensuring that all aspects of a service or product— from design, implementation, and maintenance to the eventual decommissioning or retirement—are efficiently handled. This role involves aligning the lifecycle of services with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements, and will also require on-site visits to one of our clients starting twice a month.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage lifecycle programs from initiation to closure, ensuring service delivery within scope, time, and budget.
· Develop and manage detailed project and program plans, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
· Monitor program progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans to address issues proactively.
· Ensure proper resource allocation and support across all lifecycle phases
· Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations, marketing) to design services that meet customer requirements, quality standards, and operational goals.
· Analyse and define customer requirements and work with product teams to ensure those are met in the lifecycle phases.
· Oversee the transition of services from development to production, ensuring proper implementation, deployment, and operational readiness.
· Measure and track the performance of services throughout their lifecycle to ensure continuous alignment with performance targets and customer expectations.
· Identify areas for improvement, driving initiatives for optimising service delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction, and minimising costs.
· Lead post-implementation reviews to assess service performance and ensure feedback loops for ongoing enhancement.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, providing regular updates on the progress, challenges, and outcomes of lifecycle programs.
· Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment across teams and business units.
· Ensure that business, technical, and operational stakeholders are kept informed of key milestones, risks, and adjustments.
· Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to service lifecycle, including operational, technical, regulatory, and business risks.
· Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions to service delivery.
What you will bring to the team:
· A bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma) are a plus.
· Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in managing complex programs or services in a similar domain, with a focus on service lifecycle management.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
· Deep understanding of service lifecycle models and frameworks.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with risk management.
· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, etc.) and lifecycle management platforms.
· In-depth knowledge of industry standards for service delivery and lifecycle management (e.g., ITIL, Agile, Lean).
· Familiarity with compliance standards, security regulations, and industry-specific practices.
