What your day will look like As a Technical Communicator you will play a crucial role in transforming complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content that supports user success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and support, to develop, maintain, and improve product documentation, ensuring consistency and ease of use across all platforms. Your expertise in setting up and managing content management systems, particularly MadCap, will help us streamline and centralize our documentation process for optimal usability.
