Responsibilities include enforcing company procedures to protect personnel and property, communicating effectively with staff and visitors, operating security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control), managing incident records, responding to emergencies, and maintaining vigilance. The ideal candidate possesses a security service ID or equivalent, a clean criminal record, a valid German driver's license, excellent German communication skills, and ideally experience in security or law enforcement. Shift work, including weekends and holidays, is required.
