Job Description

The Senior Manager, HR Technology at Take-Two Interactive will lead a team responsible for maintaining Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Absence. This role involves collaborating with HR leadership and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, optimizing HR processes, and leveraging Workday technology. Responsibilities include identifying and supporting HR initiatives to enhance employee experience, conducting gap analyses, and recommending effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive Workday experience, strong people management skills, and proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams. The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and project management skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and technical teams.
Must have:
  • 8+ years global HRIS experience (Workday focus)
  • 4+ years people leadership (virtual environment)
  • Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits & Absence expertise
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

What You’ll Take On

  • Responsible for managing a team to maintain Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Absence
  • Identify & support HR initiatives to improve employee experiences and business processes for Take-Two
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, gap analysis, and impact assessment. Research and recommend effective solutions and business processes. 
  • Apply HR systems expertise & best practices to design, implement, and optimize impactful HR solutions. 
  • Influence technical solutions by leveraging and maximizing current and future technology investments. 
  • Work with the business stakeholders, internal procurement, and vendors to determine additional Workday and emerging technologies in Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Absence
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve strategic objectives. 
  • Share the knowledge gained on product innovation with HR Technology team members and the relevant business stakeholders. 
  • Develop trusted and strategic relationships with the business stakeholders and the Digital Technology teams. 
  • Lead the development and execution of a strategic technology roadmap for Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Absence

 

What You Bring

  • Proven HR technology leadership experience in a role of similar scope and responsibility with a focus on Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Absence
  • 8+ years hands on Global HRIS experience (management or analyst), with a strong focus on Workday
  • 4+ years of effective people leadership and management experience in a virtual environment
  • Operate with high integrity and professionalism handling confidential employee data.
  • Industry knowledge (Preferrable)
  • IT Systems Project management
  • Strong ability to map different business models and objectives into software solutions.
  • Strong change management ability and experience
  • Motivate team to achieve desired business objectives
  • Negotiating and Influencing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Monday.com
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies, dive into challenges and provide direction to Workday team.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a wide variety of audiences including internal technical and business clients and Finance functions.
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $155,800 and $230,560 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
