Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior IT Cloud Engineer to help improve our Cloud & Automation capabilities for efficient management of our multi-cloud environment. The ideal candidate has strengths working with APIs, PowerShell/Python, Terraform, Azure, and GCP.

This role has two shifts: 3pm - 12am IST & 9am - 6pm IST

You Will:

Implement and manage automation for public cloud, SaaS apps, RBAC, and on/off-boarding

Assist with updating and securing Corporate systems (eg. Linux, Windows, Active Directory, SaaS apps, Network)

You will be a key player in our team, collaborating to troubleshoot network & systems issues, perform root cause analysis, and prevent similar reoccurrences

Participate in on-call rotation to minimize downtime of internal resources

Perform other related duties as assigned

You'll Have:

Strengths in public cloud architecture (GCP and Azure preferred)

Strong knowledge of networking architecture (Vnet, VPC, LBs)

Strong automation with APIs (Powershell or Python)

Knowledge of Terraform for IaC

Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and customer service skills

Functional knowledge of networking, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VPCs, ACLs, security and troubleshooting.

Collaborative team player willing to learn new technologies

4+ years’ experience supporting Engineering and other teams

Strong troubleshooting of complex technologies (eg. Azure, GCP, DNS, routing, APIs, automation)
