Position Summary: We are seeking a talented UI Designer to enhance the visual and interactive elements of our product user interfaces. This role involves collaborating with UX designers and researchers to create aesthetic, intuitive, and efficient user interfaces for our products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of interface layout, graphic design, and user interaction dynamics. An essential part of your role will be maintaining alignment with the company's brand, ensuring it remains unique and recognizable across our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually attractive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the pages function and look.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Work alongside developers to implement designs into product offerings ensuring fidelity and functionality.
- Maintain and develop consistent branding by adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images, reinforcing the company’s unique and recognizable brand identity.
- Stay current with UI design trends and technology to ensure modern and forward-thinking designs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UI Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
- A strong portfolio of design projects showcasing creative UI skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- An ability to solve problems creatively and adapt to new technologies.
- Attention to detail with a critical eye for visual aesthetics.
