Job Description

Level Infinite seeks a Senior Engine Programmer to provide technical solutions for its partner studios, addressing efficiency issues in game development and improving tools to accelerate production. The role involves evaluating engine technology, enhancing developer tools, and providing performance support for game releases. Responsibilities include assessing technical solutions, identifying efficiency bottlenecks, improving R&D tools, and offering technical support for pre-release performance issues, ensuring smooth game launches. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of C/C++ and 3D game engine development experience, strong algorithms and mathematics skills, and expertise in areas like framework design, engine modules, graphics, or performance optimization.

Must have:

5+ years C/C++ and 3D game engine experience
Strong algorithms & math skills
Expertise in engine framework, graphics, or performance optimization
Evaluate engine solutions, improve dev tools, support performance

岗位职责
1. 对旗下工作室提供引擎技术的技术方案进行评估，补充工作室在引擎方面缺少的技术能力
2. 识别工作室在游戏制作过程中的效率问题，并在研发工具上进行改进，加速生产
3. 针对上线前游戏的性能问题，提供必要的技术支持，保证游戏的顺利发布

Requirements:

岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业
2. 有五年以上C/C++及3D游戏引擎的研发维护工作
3.扎实的算法和数学基础, 系统全面的软件研发领域知识，具备良好的分析解决问题能力
4.在框架设计、引擎基础模块、图形、性能优化等其中某一技术领域有丰富的经验
5.流畅的英文口语沟通能力
