As a Senior Associate - Key Account Management at Glance, you'll focus on growing and developing existing clients and generating new business. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating partnerships within the e-commerce/dropshipping industry, strategic planning for business growth, market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, revenue optimization, exploring new market expansion avenues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll need a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies. 

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive for our Ecommerce/Dropshipping business. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our business operations, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

1. Identify and Cultivate Partnerships: Research and identify potential business partners, suppliers, and affiliates within the ecommerce and dropshipping industry. Initiate contact, negotiate terms, and cultivate relationships to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our market presence. Collaborate with the management team to set goals, identify key performance indicators, and develop actionable strategies to achieve targets.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for innovation. Utilize market insights to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
4. Revenue Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize revenue streams, increase profitability, and maximize sales conversion rates. Continuously monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate on strategies to achieve revenue targets.
5. Business Expansion: Explore new market opportunities and expansion avenues for our ecommerce/dropshipping business. Evaluate market entry strategies, assess risks, and develop scalable growth plans to penetrate new markets.
6. Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or partnership management within the ecommerce/dropshipping industry.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
