Over the last 17 years, InMobi has built a global Advertising Platform that powers our customers’ growth by helping them engage their audiences and drive real connections.
InMobi has also built a second unicorn, Glance, which is advancing digital consumption and creating a new wave of disruption. Present on 400M devices across India, SEA, Japan and the US – Glance is one of the largest content platforms globally with~200M daily active users.

What will you be doing?
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts across multiple pods
- Design and implement data models to predict key metrics such as revenue, platform behaviour, and campaign performance.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights, presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive adoption of tools and methodologies like PowerBI, log-based data analysis, and experimental statistics.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to improve observability, alerting, and analytics platforms
- Implement and optimize forecasting
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure efficiency, consistency and accuracy across analytics processes
- Design Experiments to measure impact of key releases – across Product, Platform and Data Sciences
What are we looking for?
Skills and Attributes:
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with stakeholder teams (Business, product, tech, finance, delivery teams) to prioritize and deliver innovative solutions across projects.
- Execution-driven and results-oriented to ensure strategy translates to outcomes
- Patience and stamina to translate long term roadmap into wins and milestones for organizational impact
- Project management abilities: ability to manage long-term (multi-month) integrations, set timelines, and independently drive the process forward.
- Explore data, find patterns in large seemingly disparate data sets, and develop solutions that add intelligence / insights and drive decision making for leaders
- Present insights/findings in a structured manner to directly enable tangible outcomes for stakeholders
- Strong foundation in statistics and predictive modeling, including A/B testing.
- Proficiency in log-based data analysis and debugging.
- 7+ years of overall work experience within a Tech/Consulting/Analytics industry
- 4+ years of relevant management experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analyst role
- 7+ years of work experience with SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, Tableau or PowerBI
- Should have developed and implemented at least 5 analytics solutions (end to end) which includes translating a business problem into a data analytics problem and providing a sustainable solution
