Job Description

Senior Animation Designer for a global, realistic 3A action game. Responsibilities include designing realistic character combat animations, optimizing motion assets, rigging characters and props, and managing external vendors. Requires expertise in creating combat animations with a strong understanding of action game impact and 3C (Concept, Creation, Completion). Proficiency in Maya (preferred) or 3ds Max, Unreal Engine experience with animation blueprints, and the ability to develop and implement efficient workflows are essential. The role involves collaborating with the team to improve work efficiency and contributing to a global project.

Must have:

Expert in combat animation & 3C
Proficient in Maya/3ds Max (Maya preferred)
Unreal Engine experience & animation blueprints
Workflow development & team collaboration

Responsibilities:

1.负责游戏内写实角色战斗动画设计和动作资产调优制作；
2.负责部分角色和道具的动画绑定；
3.负责跟进外部供应商进度以及制作反馈。

Requirements:

1.擅长制作战斗动画，对动作游戏打击感及 3C 有自身独到的见解；
2.熟练使用 Maya，3ds Max制作动画，(Maya 优先) ；
3.有虚幻引擎使用经验，对动画蓝图有一定了解，热衷学习虚幻引擎新特性；
4.善于制定流程文档并将流程推广到团队中，帮助团队提升工作效率。
