Job Description : -

• Implementation and support of customer projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Employee Central and the integration of the SuccessFactors solution
• Analyzing the customer's situation and developing strategies for integrating the SuccessFactors solution into the customer's system architecture.
• Designing and configuring integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems such as SAP HCM, IAS/IPS, etc.
• Support in all project phases - from the first workshops to implementation and support after go-live.
• Independent implementation of customer workshops and user training.
• Support with pre-sales activities such as carrying out system demos or preparing quotations.
