ABOUT THE POSITION

• Conduct IT and non-IT Purchasing /procurement tasks.
• Follow up delivery process to ensure timely deliveries.
• Work with IT Manager and Facility Manager to create road map, budget plan for department.
• Tracking actual cost of IT/non-IT and update the forcast to Finance.
• Maintain vendor master data, qualification, and services.
• Input data into the D365 (Training will be provided for this assignment)
  • Assist in preparing Procurement reports relating to requests, and purchase requisitions.
  • Review and ensure that the purchase requisition is approved before the procurement process.   
  • Create Purchasing Orders and Product receipts on the system as requested.
  • Collect Supplier invoices and input them into the system.
  • Follow up and update all related information.
• Support Facility team to maintain the office assets. Support paper work and manage the purchasing tasks with office tea ladies.
• Coordinate and provide the office supply stuffs: Medicine, office plant, accessories, etc... and other office needed.

• Self-starter with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
