Job Description
Virtuos is seeking an ambitious Production Coordinator to manage art production workflows. Responsibilities include establishing schedules for assets, collaborating with the art team on style guides, tracking deliverables and milestones, monitoring artist time reporting, updating project data, and providing translation support to both on-site and off-site teams. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in a similar role within the video game or film industry, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to work on Hollywood blockbusters and AAA games within a creative and international team.

Reporting to: Group Art Producer
We are looking for an ambitious, passionate yet humble Production coordinator who loves the office environment but is interested in managing art production workflows. If you find yourself an out-of-the-box idea generator, who can bring positive values to the organization, we believe you are the one!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing all schedules for assigned assets
- Work with the art team to create detailed style guides
- Track Deliverables and milestones, notifying stakeholders of any potential delays
- Monitor to ensure artists accurately report their time spent on project tasks
- Enter and update project data in relevant systems.
- Supporting translation for the project teams
- Provide translation/interpretation to off-site art teams.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a producer role on the development of a video game / film industry or project manager role in any areas
- Fluent English communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent in planning, time management and multi-task handling with a “Get things done” Mindset
- Ability to work under high pressure, a fast-paced environment.
