What You Will be doing
This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established team with a significant role within Team17.
As the team is still in its early stages, a key part of this role will involve shaping its responsibilities, refining documentation, and establishing its ways of working.
Beyond this, your focus will be on continuously improving how we work—enhancing processes, refining documentation, and shaping our communication style. You’ll have the freedom to:
· Question every requirement
· Eliminate unnecessary steps or processes
· Simplify and optimise workflows
· Reduce cycle times
· Automate wherever possible
Your Day-To-Day
Project Management: Responsible for continuous improvement and change management projects across multidisciplinary teams, including Production, Marketing, Sales, and everything in between.
Resource & Capacity Planning: Assisting in the creation, management, and updating of Studio forecasts, as well as capacity and resource planning for Studio teams.
Communication & Training: Responsible for communications on continuous improvement, change management, and process enhancements, while also collaborating with the team to develop them.
What You’ll Need
Proven success in project management and/or change management delivery.
Understanding of how communication and training impacts the delivery of continuous improvement and process enhancements.
Prior resource and capacity planning experience.
Strong negotiation, change management and conflict resolution skills (written and verbal).
Ability to prioritise workload, work flexibly, and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions, both solo and as part of a team.
Some experience using Microsoft 365.
Experience of working independently while also contributing to a team-orientated environment.
The recruitment process
Stage one (30 minutes) Screening interview with Talent Acquisition
Stage two (Up to 60-minutes) Interview with the Hiring manager, which will include competency-based questions and a general conversation around background, skills and suitability.
