- Experience in building and automating reporting dashboards
- Experience implementing complex strategic and operational or related initiatives
- Experience in SQL, databases and database manipulation
- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-moving environment with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to navigate and influence stakeholders in a complex business environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and project management skills

Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership teams to develop the team’s business plan, business insights, process improvement and go-to-market strategy, becoming management’s trusted advisor.
- Influence executive level decision making through insight into core business decisions such as prioritization of growth opportunities.
- Leverage Google’s reporting systems to drive scalable analysis of business growth drivers and trends. Craft and present sophisticated quantitative analyses to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Participate in, and help to manage, global initiatives as appropriate, ensuring that they are rolled out effectively to the team.
- Drive operational improvements for the team, including optimizing resource allocation across partner sales teams, measuring progress against strategic goals, and facilitating management discussions and decisions.
