Position Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Coordinator
Proficient with Microsoft suite (Excel, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint) to provide analytics, reports, and dashboards
Experience in training and development process and best practices. Experience in stakeholder management
Ability to coordinate in different time zones for USA, India, Nigeria, Mexico
Experience in using JIRA and Confluence is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
Ability and Willingness to learn new technologies and processes and adapt to a very dynamic and evolving environment
Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements and deadlines within a fast paced, deadline bound environment
Role & Responsibilities:
Managing employee records on and off system
Providing satisfactory resolution to queries from employees/stakeholders
Scheduling training and orientations
Managing and updating the internal tools for resource management and resource tracking
Creating and updating dashboards
Escalate issues or roadblocks to the head to minimize impact
Help coordinate training sessions, workshops or any project-related events
Prepare and distribute regular status updates and reports to stakeholders
