Responsibilities Collaborate with global and local Public Policy, Legal, Tax, Public Relations, and Operation teams to launch our ads platform in new countries by balancing universal product offerings and user needs, and by taking into consideration the local conditions/landscape of the targeting countries’ legal, political, developmental, tax, and any other compliance requirements. Collaborate with Legal, Public Policy, Tax, and Public Relations teams to iterate the product globally and locally based on the legal and taxation changes in existing markets, including but not limited to the display of legal terms, tax rules applications, and platform emergency notifications. Continuously iterate the advertiser onboarding flow for users in different countries to improve user experience and conversion funnel across the world. Define the success metrics of the products, identify biggest friction in current conversion funnel, and improve the funnel by A/B test-based product iterations. Understand typical user persona and user journey of the product as well as main pain points when using our product through quantitative and qualitative inputs from data analysis and user survey. Redefine the product positioning of TikTok Ads Manager mobile version and lead the PC and Mobile synergy plan to ensure consistent user experience, maximize development scalability, and minimize maintenance cost in the long term. Analyze TikTok Ads Manager mobile platform user behavior and market needs to drive mobile interface product roadmap and product development to grow product usage and improve user satisfaction. Work cross-functionally with ENG, DS, UED, PMM and other collaborators to launch features to improve user experience and increase overall conversion funnel with a high ROI.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $246400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
