About the team The Institute of Management Strategy is responsible for management research and improvement. Its scope includes organizational design, risk control, policies and processes optimization, information efficiency improvement, and other management initiatives based on the company's strategic needs. Support the creation and enhancement of in-person working policies through data analysis, research, and qualitative feedback to ensure they are effective and up-to-date. 2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the execution of these policies, managing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to define clear roles and operational steps. 3. Work closely with relevant teams to improve the in-person working experience, continuously refining policies for better efficiency as business needs and the wider environment change.

Minimum Qualifications 1. Final year or recent graduate who are interested in the tech industry. 2. Strong systematic thinking with keen attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience in execution, data analysis, and communication, with a drive to get things done.
